Account Manager

Salary: £22,000—25,000 + benefits. Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire (Permanent). Reference BBBH1327

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic account manager to join our award winning client based in the heart of the Cotswolds. This will suit a bright, proactive and enthusiastic individual, willing to turn their hand to a variety of tasks in a busy creative environment. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the agency process, from taking a client’s creative brief through to studio and print with a minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience ideally within a direct marketing and multi-channel environment.

Responsibilities will include:
*Managing live projects from end-to-end including large brand-level campaigns ensuring correct processes and procedures are adhered to.
*Ownership of weekly Status Reports, ensuring that these are despatched in a timely fashion.
* Participating in weekly Status meetings, showing confidence and a thorough understanding of all projects in which you are involved.
*Establishing yourself as a strong account handler both internally and with the client, showing the ability to quickly build relationships, instilling trust and confidence.
*Maintaining clear and accurate documentation, files and carefully recording notes and actions from meetings.
*Demonstrating a strong commercial sense by keeping a budget tracker and finance elements up to date and aiding involvement in monthly forecasting.

As well as relevant experience the successful candidate will require to have a calm and collected personality with excellent prioritization and teamwork skills in order to handle a faced paced environment in which multitasking and working to tight deadlines is an integral part of the role. A strong sense of creative excellence and appropriateness is also crucial, as are effective communication skills with the ability to delegate up when necessary and to manage and motivate other departments and external suppliers, inspiring with your passion and enthusiasm.

The role is on offer for a salary of up to £25K including a range of excellent benefits.
