Marketers – start the conversation #Marketing2025

Your industry needs you and your views. As a professional marketer, where do you see the future of marketing in the next ten years? What are the big issues and opportunities in marketing and communications? Get involved online or locally at new Bristol event.

A global conversation on the future of marketing

The Chartered Institute of Marketing is starting a global conversation, #Marketing2025, with its members and all marketing professionals. With its new rebranding, the ‘new CIM’ describes itself as ‘the world’s leading professional marketing body’ and ‘the catalyst and active participant in a debate that can help shape the future of our changing marketing profession.’

With such incredible changes that took place during the last ten years, the world of marketing is sure to see some equally great strides in the next ten. Will today’s communication innovations look out of date? Is there something just emerging that will be the next decade’s digital darling?

Choose an option to put your views forward: start tweeting, attend a face-to-face Future Focus event or register for the Marketing 2025 Hackathon.

Bristol CIM evening

Closest to home is the Future Focus event at the Bristol and Bath Science Park on the evening of the 9th Dec. At this stop on the CIM tour, you are invited to ‘find out more about CIM’s new direction and join the debate about where the marketing profession is heading.’ Marketers who are members or non-members are all welcome. The debate aims to establish the discussion threads and themes for the Hackathon next year. CIM representatives will be at the event to add to the members’ discussion. The tour then continues around the country.

Take part in the marketing Hackathon

To register for the Hackathon – a continuing online dialogue taking part between Jan and April – and more information on #Marketing2025, take a step into the future at the CIM website now.
