We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with a blend of digital marketing and web development skills to join our customer-centric financial services client based in West Oxfordshire. On offer is a salary of £25 – 35K pa – depending on experience plus benefits.

This is an exciting time to be joining this well established and growing business offering the digital marketing executive the opportunity to develop and put into practice a wide range of digital marketing skills, scale up the business’s digital marketing activities and help make the most of its growth opportunities.

The role will focus on the development and management of the business’s many digital marketing opportunities. Reporting to the digital marketing manager, and working with the existing marketing team the role will cover website development, email marketing, paid search marketing, search engine marketing, social media, digital brand management, SMS management, agency management and use of tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation tools.

Skills and experience required:
*2+ years of digital marketing experience, either agency or client side
*Strong email marketing skills
*Website development skills, including experience using Dreamweaver & Photoshop and creating / editing HTML web pages and emails
*Knowledge of planning and building dynamic campaigns

The ideal candidate will be extremely well organised, have excellent attention to detail as well as good analytical skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel , good communication skills and above all a genuine passion for all things digital!
