This is potentially, a real one-in-a-million opportunity for you. We are looking for a .NET Developer with the following skills and experiences for a permanent role in Worcestershire:

As a .NET Developer your duties will include: Developing new and maintaining existing on-line services, to be used both by customers and staff. Candidates should have previous programming experience and an eye for detail; have excellent communication and problem solving skills and the ability to be a team player. If you think you’ve got what it takes to really shine then we’ll give you the freedom (within a framework) and an exciting challenge.

Key Duties:
*To assist in the design & implementation of new systems for the client (a combination of external products and internal business systems)
*To research and develop the latest practices in coding standards and help implement them
*To ensure the smooth running of the company’s infrastructure
*To provide support to the Technical Support Team as and when required
*To provide development support to the other developers within the company as and when required.
*To test the efficiency of any programmes developed against a manual process along with customer feedback once the products are retailed.
*To answer any queries customers or internal colleagues may have with regard to the clients product.
*To provide support to any other areas of the business as and when required.

What kind of Person are we looking for?
*Proven programming experience (or a strong understanding) of C#VB .NET & SQL
*Ability to manage a range of different tasks with proven time management skills and flexibility with regard to working hours
*A team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
*Excellent communications skills, both verbally and written
*An interest in technology and the internet
*Ability work well under pressure and prioritise workload
