Client Service Manager

One of the areas most innovative and free thinking agencies are seeking a direct marketing specialist to help push the boundaries. The client base of this dynamic organisation demand exceptional client services allied to in-depth industry knowledge, adherence to ISO processes and quality guidelines.

Always striving to delight, you will be tasked with the management of client relationships, creating a spirit of partnership with your key client stakeholders when understanding and solving their marketing problems. You will also co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects, build strategic operational plans and balance the expectation of clients with the execution of work.

My client has a specialisation in direct marketing and as these accounts rely heavily on this channel the ideal candidate must demonstrate a sound understanding of print production and the intricacies of working in a DM environment. You need to be able to own projects and problems, driving them through to conception to completion. In order to do so efficiently, you will be a planner and a strategist, able to prioritise your workload and work accurately at speed.
