Project Manager/Data

We are currently seeking a Project Manager (Data) for an exciting new role to join our prestigious and innovative client based in Cheltenham. The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate the efficient set-up and delivery of CRM deployment projects for clients in return for a salary of up to £50K plus great benefits including an annual bonus scheme, private medical cover, gym and sports club membership and more.

Key accountabilities for the role are firstly to deliver efficient project management of data-driven projects with delivery on time, on budget and to a high standard of client service, and secondly to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, to act as the main contact for them and to be in full control of all projects.

Other responsibilities as part of this role will be:

*Responding promptly to all client enquiries, keeping the client informed regarding project progress.
*Drawing up or co-ordinating the production of wireframes and/or user flow diagrams at the requirements stage, to get client approval on our top-level understanding of their requirements.
*Specifying and writing project control documents, always keeping focused on the client’s business requirement.
*Drawing up cost effective quotations – always consulting with Client Service staff, and developers to check whether alternative approaches could save money and/or time. Keeping quotations up to date with any change and resupply to client immediately and negotiating successfully with the client over timings and costs.
*Successfully resolving any issues which arise during the lifecycle of the project.
*Managing all project documentation, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and re-supplied to the client in the event of changes.
*Co-ordinating and leading the user testing of all projects, ensuring they have no major functionality or user experience issues before being released to clients for testing.
*Ensuring projects are approved by the client before being deployed.
*Producing sales invoices within 48 hours of job phase completion to maintain a healthy cash position and ensuring that the agreed amount is charged on all projects.
*Rigorously observing procedures and quality standards in line with ISO processes, ensuring all learnings where there is income loss or relationship impact are logged on the Quality System.

To be considered for this role you need to be able to demonstrate that you have experience at successfully managing projects and time effectively and that you can take ownership of projects and problems and are able to drive them through to completion and/or resolution. You also need to have good knowledge and understanding of web technologies, database architecture, data-driven multi-channel marketing, user interface design and the user experience. In addition it is essential that you have a high level of attention to detail and you are able to build great relationships with key contacts whilst inspiring complete confidence. You also need to be a good team player, a quick learner with an assertive and confident attitude to tackle new challenges.
