Our client, a multi award winning and cutting edge marketing agency, are looking to continue their phase of rapid growth by bringing in a talented Account Manager to strengthen their client service team.

They are experts in multi-channel marketing, who are constantly designing innovative new ways to drive higher ROI and create effective and engaging marketing campaigns for their clients.

In this key role within the business, you will be the main point of contact for your allocated client, providing efficient project management and acting as an ambassador for the agency. You will be accountable for ensuring all projects and initiatives are delivered on time and in line with client requirements, and will be the interface between your client and the different teams within the agency.

Key duties will include:
– Be first point of contact for your client, keeping them informed at all times during the project lifecycle
– Fully understand the client’s briefs and aims, and suggesting alternatives where necessary to help them achieve cost savings
– Identifying opportunities for strategic purchasing initiatives or opportunities to sell other products and services to clients
– Ensuring that all documentation for each project is fully up to date at all times
– Support the strategic growth and development of the client account

The successful candidate for this role will be a natural problem solver, who is able to work effectively both on their own and as part of a team. You should have the ability to look beyond an initial request and suggest better ways of working, as well as the ability to work on multiple projects at once.

Required experience:
– Client service experience within a Direct marketing agency (any international direct marketing experience would be highly desirable)
– Excellent communication skills – ability to build long standing relationships with clients
– Exceptional organisational and project management skills
