We are looking for a talented creative designer to join a busy in house studio based in the heart of the Cotswolds. Our clients business is growing year on year and is a leader in its lifestyle market sector.

Working predominately on packaging design and product styling you will be supporting the Creative Director to provide the creative development function for private label and brand creations including both seasonal and on-going ranges to include; design conception, product idea generation, customer and supplier liaison where appropriate, liaison with the NPD department, in the development of annual collections, products and ranges.

You will have a graphic design or similar qualification and previous creative development experience ideally within lifestyle, fragrance, or fashion world. A good knowledge of artwork preparation and management and previous experience of manufacturing, packaging and print processes and strong attention to detail is required.

Also key is an excellent standard of English language, be fully conversant with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign and have a knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

To really excel in this exciting position we are looking for strong creative and design skills, a methodical and organised working style and a strong sense of commercial awareness. You will need to be capable of thriving within a fast-paced environment, a strong team player and have a genuine interest and passion for the beauty category market.
