A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our award winning client based in Swindon. Previous experience of working within a marketing company is essential, as is a proven track record in sales in return for a salary of 30 – 35k. What will the role involve?
This is a brand new role which you can make your own! Key tasks will include identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients, developing and delivering dynamic, engaging proposals and presentations for client pitches whilst working closely with the account managers, the Managing Director and the Board. You will also be managing the New Business Pipeline and client commercials.

What skills and experience will I need?
Ideally you will have a strong marketing background with experience of business development in a digital marking agency. You will be an excellent communicator, confident at business networking and skillful in managing relationships with internal teams as well as clients, with the ability to manage, co-ordinate and deliver new business campaigns. You will also be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team and well organised. Own transport and a driving license is required for this role.
