On behalf of our rapidly growing client within the technology sector based in North Oxfordshire we are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Graphic Designer with 3+ years’ experience looking to take their next step on the career ladder! It is a full-time and permanent role on offer for a salary of between £25 – 27K pa dependant on experience and skills, plus the opportunity for career progression within this exciting and fast growing organisation.

The successful candidate will be a good all-rounder capable of turning their hand to tasks ranging from managing designs for products, packaging, presentations and branding through to involvement in strategy, marketing, advertising and content. You will be taking briefs from inception through the finished artwork, whilst taking responsibility for the scheduling of the design team, managing the juniors, coming up with creative concepts, planning, management and implementation of print and digital design across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will come with a hands-on, pro-active attitude and a demonstrable track record of having worked as a graphic designer for 3+ years and successfully planned and managed end to end creative projects, with experience of brand design and creation, design for product, packaging and presentations and a good knowledge of the Adobe creative suite as well as basic knowledge of 3d software, such as Boxshot. You should also have excellent organisational skills, able to schedule yourself as well as others within a studio environment and manage a team of creatives whilst ensuring an output of work to the highest of standards and able to keep an eye on the bigger picture.
