Sales Team Leader

Salary: £35,000—45,000 + benefits. Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (Permanent). Reference BBBH1191

My client have a very appealing role for a motivated sales leader to use their skills, ambition and enthusiasm to influence and improve the performance of others.

Leading by example you’ll implement strategy, maximising revenue performance and market share. You’ll be responsible for managing, coaching and counseling sales professionals, measuring performance and KPIs, objective handing, tracking achievements, and taking corrective action.

You must have previous experience managing sales teams. ideally in a b2b environment with representatives in the field although telesales backgrounds will be considered.
